Step by Step Instructions:

How to add the HTML code fragment and the reininghorsesforsale.jpg to your web page..

1.  Submit your site using this form:

A confirmation page will display allowing you to review what you have entered.  If you want to make a change, click the "Do Not Accept" button which will take you back and allow you to make changes.  When you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click the "Accept" button.  This information can be edited later at any time.

2.    Check your email.  An email is automatically sent to the email address you entered above.  It will contain the customized HTML code fragment that will allow your site to be part of the ring.  It will look similar to this:

The only difference between what is sent to you in your email and the above code will be the id=1.  Your unique id is automatically assigned to you. 

3.  The next step is to save the reininghorsesforsale.jpg to your hard drive.  Simply right click on this image and choose Save As or Save Picture As and save it to a location on your hard drive.

4.  Copy the HTML code fragment onto the webpage that you entered as the Site URL in the submission form above.  It will be necessary to modify the HTML Code Fragment to identify the location of the reininghorsesforsale.jpg image as indicated below if the image is not located in the root directory.

This is the unmodified version.  It will only work if the image is located in the root directory:

Modify it if the reininghorsesforsale.jpg image is not located in the root directory.  This example assumes the image is located in a directory called "images" :

5.  Publish your web page to the web in your ordinary fashion. 

6.  Verify that it looks like this:

If it looks like this:

then the reininghorsesforsale.jpg image location does not match the location you entered in step 4 above.

7.  After you verify that the html code fragment is in the page correctly, email reininghorsewebring@rockinb.com to let us know. 

8.  We will review your site for the correct content as listed on the home page, and to verify the html code fragment is correct. 

9.  After the review, if there is a problem we will immediately email you.  When the site is successfully reviewed, we will add it to the Reining Horses For Sale Webring and send you an email to notify you.
